Being at peace in your core is very powerful. When centered you are able to move through life more easily in times of challenge as well as joy. You are better able to have compassion and understanding for others and for yourself. Also you are better able to manage stress, heal from life’s challenges and have appreciation and gratitude for all you encounter and attract in life. This meditation will help you to relax and enter your core and sit there mindful while listening to chanting. You will remove yourself from the day to day and sit in Peace.
