Am I doing this right? Am I breathing correctly? I keep thinking about other things how do I control that? Should I lie down or sit upright? These are all questions most people ask when beginning a meditation practice.
How to Meditate is a three hour class designed to bring clarity and shed light on these and many other frequently asked questions about Meditation and start the participant on their meditation journey.
This class will cover:
- a brief history of meditation
- the many benefits of meditation
- grounding and protecting yourself
- methods of bring yourself to center
- coming out of meditation
- different forms of meditation
There will also be practice time for the different forms of meditation so the participant may choose which they are most drawn to.
The course is facilitated by Genevieve Hall, Reiki master, spiritually guided healer, psychic-medium, certified clinical hypontist, yoga and meditation practitioner.
